Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My boyfriend is a convicted felon and 9 months into his probation and was charged with possession of a handgun last week. He, as of today, was also wrongfully charged with simple battery and criminal trespassing. How should this be carried out?

How should what be carried out? He should be discussing this with his lawyer, since obviously he needs one. You should find a new boyfriend.

A convicted felon carrying a gun is likely to spend a great deal of time in prison and is obviously someone you are better off without. He likely is facing significant prison time. He obviously needs a lawyer. Be thankful he's out of your life (and if he's not, get rid of him forever).
