Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My boyfriend was falsely arrested for pimping. I hired an attorney who said he doesn't have a case and should be out soon. In an argument with my boyfriend, I got mad about him having another girlfriend and said, "Your other hoe can get her ass whooped." By me referring to her as a hoe with a pimping charge on him, he's worried this may hurt his case and be used against him in court since all calls are recorded. I meant hoe as a form of disrespect like the word bitch. I didn't mean it as in prostitute. Can this be used against him in court?
