Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My boyfriend fixes computers for extra cash. His ex-girlfriend contacted him one night to fix her sister's laptop. She didn't have a way to bring it to him, so I took him to pick it up 30 minutes away from where I live. She said she had to have it the next day because she didn't want her sister to know he had it and that she had messed it up. The next day he called her and told her it would be $60 and she said she didn't have the money to pay for it and that he knew she was broke. He said he would just hold on to it until she had the money and wouldn't let anything happen to it. Now she is calling saying her sister is going to take a warrant out on him for theft. Can she do that when he was asked to fix it and they are refusing to pay now?

She can try, and he'd be a fool to take a chance on that over $60.
