It means your boyfriend badly needs a lawyer and a serioud change in lifestyle, and you very badly need to get away from him before you get wrappedup in his conduct and find yourself charged with felonies, or the next victim (and that is the normal result of having a relationship with people who commit serious crimes and continue that lifestyle).
It means that your boyfriend entered a guilty plea and was ordered to pay restitution. I have no idea what the probation officer wrote in the affidavit, but I suspect the affidavit relates to the violation of probation (VOP) and details how the probation thinks your boyfriend violated his probation. I would suggest hiring an attorney to at least look at the petitions so your boyfriend would know what he is facing. You can contact me via my website: www.lawrencelewispc.com.
