my boyfriend is on parole from October28, 2010 until September14, 2011 for parole violation. The violation is selling marjuana, drug related objectives(got dismissed) and simple possession of marjuana. Yet his previous charge is possession with intent to sell. His parole isn't up to November16, 2013. How much time could he be sentence for violating parole?

Those are questions he should be asking his lawyer, who will know all about his case. You should not even be around him from this point forward, as woman who have boyfriends who are career criminals tend to end up in prison themselves (just wait until he says the drugs were yours) or dead.
