Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
What does it mean when my boyfriends case says closed? I looked his case up and it's saying case closed if the case is closed why are they not letting him go? I called the DA and they said they have not opened open a case on him

There is no way to answer this question. It might be a hold from another county. It might be immigration hold. It might be a probation hold. It might be a mistake. Rarely is it a mistake.
