Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Someone has broken into our apartment multiple times. The complex has surveillance cameras that could help us find the perpetrator, but they refuse to check them. Are they required by law to check the videos considering they contain evidence?

It is law enforcement's job to find the perpetrator and companies normally turn the videos over to law enforcement.

No they won't give them to you. Assuming you told the police about them, the police likely have already obtained them.
