Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my brother was arrested and charged with possion of a firearm by convicted felon.That was on 12-28-08 . he was arrigned on the charge on 09-11-09. How long does the state have to indict, cause my family believed it was 90 no more than 120 days?
