Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my brother was arrested for selling of marijuana to an under cover agent. the wieght was a quarter of an ounce. the sent a warrent out for his arrest one year after the incident happened. what kind of sentence is he facing and is it legal for the police to wait one year to charge him?
