Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Hello my brother is incarcerated and has did his time at Emanuel probation Dentention center but after his did his time they said that bulloch county jail had a hold on him and it was because the judge forgot a theft by receiving charge what might happen when he goes to court?
