Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My little brother was recently accused of making a terroristic threat... however the victim did not make a report of the incident to a little over 24 hours later. is there a certain length of time you have to report something like this?

Nope. Your brother may be going to prison for a felony. He should already have hired a lawyer.
