Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My brother-in-law has been arrested. They told him the charge was 'Theft of Deception.' (In the amount of $81000.00) This was brought about by his previous employer. How much evidence is needed to obtain an arrest? (The state is Georgia)

That is a question for your brother-in-law's lawyer. No one here can possible tell you how much evidence is required for an arrest, and it obviously will make no difference as he was arrested. The rest is for a lawyer.
