Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was bullied by a classmate in college and I went about solving the situation in the wrong way. I filed two false police reports concerning some emails I had received, when I was the person who sent the emails to begin with. She was never arrested because I confessed that I was responsible for the emails and the charges against her were dropped. How likely is it that I will face jail time when this goes to court?

The best way to get jail time is to not hire a good criminal lawyer.
