Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
burglary
Can a burglary charge in which perpetrator broke a window in a home thought to be unoccupied and stuck hand in and got bottle of blood pressure medicine (addiction) be possibly dropped to a misdemeahor? What circumstances would have to be present in order for this to be a consideration?
