Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I called the parole board but they say they do not have that information saying he is eligible for parole after doing half of his time can i get the verbatim documents frm the court house were it shows what the judge said and what should i do also? it was his first offence but the judge said he will be eligible in court. now i have the information that was said by the judge that he is eligible for parole after 5 yrs what should i do next

You seem to think we know who "he" is, what "he" did, who you are and your relationship to him, and all other facts about a criminal case. If "he" is in prison and wants to get out on parole, the first call to make is to his lawyer.
