Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have a case being build against me. A CID investigator asked me if I would be interested in taking a Polygraph test. I told him no. Since I told him no, can they use that against me in court? For example "You see your honor on this date/time he refused to take a Polygraph test."
