Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My case is 10 yrs. old and a possible job did a background check on me and a forgery charge came up, after a week of calling back and forth the original charge was found, they won't take off my record even though I've done everything required of me, the last entrance on my file was done by my then probation officer in 01. Why won't they take it off my record as the original paperwork states..

We don't know who "they" are or what paperwork you mention, but if you want to know why "they" are not doing something they are supposed to do, ask them.
