Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I cashes a check for someone with no I.D. The check turned out ot be counterfiet. Can I be charged with a crime for cashing that check?

Your post is far from clear. If you meant that you personally handed a check to a teller at a bank, check cashing service, or other party, and they "cashed it" and handed money back to you, and the check was counterfeit, then certainly it is possible you could be charged with a crime. You would probably be the prime suspect. Resolve it with the party who cashed it, or see a lawyer.
