what are the chances for my daughter now 17 years old getting charges she had gotten 2 years ago at age 15 droped to juvenile court. ? her charges are rape agravated sodomy and enticing a child for indencent purposes

That is a question for her lawyer, and obviously with those charges it would incredibly poor judgment to not have one. This is not remotely appropriate for an internet forum.
