Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

If you charge five dollars for a cup, can you get a distribution charge? Technically it's five dollars for an empty cup and you can fill it up with whatever you want to. It's a dry county also and we had liquor and underage people. I have an apartment, I'm located in Statesboro, GA. I just want to be able throw a party, charge for it to break even, and have a good time. So let me know how I can get out of this. There has to be a loop-hole of some sort.

I would strongly suggest that you consult with a local attorney to see how the local authorities are handling this or whether they are turning a blind eye.
