Can you get charge 200 hundreds for having a court case? If you dont have the money you go to jail and you still have to pay that fee. 200 plus whatever your fine is. Is this legal?

Your post makes no sense. 200 hundreds is $20,000. What were you charged $20,000 for? What kind of case was it? What was your fine? What happened? If you give no information, there's no way to answer you.
If I understand you correctly, your question is can a court make a monetary determination in a criminal case? The answer is yes. The court can make a determination as to restitution and or levy a fine. Most courts will allow an indigent defendant, i.e. someone with little to no resources the option of serving time in jail in lieu of payment of a fine. Nothing in your question leads me to believe that the court violated your constitutional rights. Best of luck,
Don't undrstand the question. Did you appear in court on a civil case? If you appeared on a traffic citation or criminal case, of course you can be charged $ 200. You can be charged more than $ 200. If you have a criminal case and you did not know that you can be charged $ 200, then you need to travel with your parents. DO not leave the house by yourself, because you are clueless.
