help

i have been charged with aggravated assault i cant be within a certain foot of the guys. They keep harrassing me i filed a report with the [police department what else can i do to hepl my case?

The quick answer is, you need an attorney to file a restraining order against those individuals. You should also have an attorney to defend those felony charges. It would probably help your case if you could show they are harrassing you (i.e. videotape or audio record their behavior)
