Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

i am being charged with conspricayto commit a felony, obstruction of officers misd., and loitering and prowling. I went to a college party i was drinking i am only 20 i got to drunk or someone put something in my drink cause i blacked out. I went to jail and the investorgator told me that they came because i the store alarm going off and i was behind the store when they came i ran they caught me n took me to jail. the tapes from the store camera show be just banging on the door and the side window like i was waiting on some on to open and i did it so hard that something fell off the window inside so the alarm went off. No of the glass broke at all. only on small crack at the top the glass above the door. well i go to jail or well i get it dropped or will i need to use my first offenders act
