Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was charged with family violence and was arrested during a traffic stop for failure to appear. On the 10th of march I was sentenced to 15 days in jail but had already been there 11 days. Today makes day 16, is this legal to keep me an additional 15 days if I served some days waiting for court?

Your lawyer should have made sure you got 2 for 1 at plea and you would not have spent any more time in Jail

Why are you asking here? I'm sure you discussed things with your lawyer. A judge can count time served towards a sentence, but doesn't have to. That choice is deliberate and would have been discussed in court.
