Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am currently being charged with a felony crime I did not commit, I am out on bail waiting trial. The lead detective did not do any sort of investigation, he did not question me nor did I traditionally get served a warrant, I got it through the mail from an attorney asking me to retain his services. Please help.
