Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was charged with felony when I was 18 that was reduced to a misdemeanor. Does this charge still show up as a felony on your record?

If it was reduced to a misdemeanor, it would show as such. If someone dug up the arrest information, it may show that the arrest was for a felony, but that the disposition was not. Therefore, you would not be considered a convicted felon.
