Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was charged with forgery in the 1st and 2nd degree under the first-offenders act. I finished my probation, and received my order of discarge signed off by the judge. I get another copy of my background, and a fta which was never presented to the grand jury is still showing up. What do I do now?
