Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was charged with a misdemeanor and arrested. I have already paid restitution but now have a court date. Can I resolve this with the district attorney without going to court?

On your own, no. And you should not have paid restitution without legal counsel. Get legal counsel now. Do NOT talk to the DA without counsel since you have compromised your defenses.
