Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was charged with obstruction of justice in january of 2009, i went to court pleaded no lo and received 12 months probation and a 500 dollar fine. The other person arrested with me was charged with the same crime and fought his case with a lawyer because the police did not have a warrant to enter the apartment. His charges were dropped and his record stayed clean. my question is, can I take the case back to court with a lawyer and fight it the same way he did even though i have already been charged with the crime and have my charges dropped and my record cleared?

Ask your lawyer. If you did not have one, this is an example of what happens when when you do not. As for your case, you made your choice.
