i just got charged with possession of under 1 oz of marijuana, what would be the punishment in court if i am 17 in georgia

You can serve up to a year in jail, be fined up to $1000 plus costs, and lose your driver's license. Additionally you lose the right to ever get federal financial aid and will have other future problems. You need a lawyer.
