Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have been charged with robbery with intimidation.I used a note and noone was hurt(no weapon used) and i have a clean record.Is there a chance I could get probation or the minimum 1year?

Depends on the jurisdiction that you are in. In Fulton County that is a better possibility than in Cherokee County. It depends on your attorney's reputation. If the prosecutor believes that the defense attorney may go to trial is the plea offer is lousy, then you will get a better offer. IF you did the crime, you are in no position to start constructing your plea offer. Get your money together, hire an attorney.
