Can I be charged for sales of meth cause I was in the room when someone sold some even though I didn't know they were selling it in ga.

YES. Was the seller a fellow pre-med student? No, then how did you think he/she earned money. The prosecutor thinks that birds of a feather flock together. Drug seller will not have police officers or Mennonites as friends. Good luck
