what is the difference between a misdemeanor conviction for simple battery and a misdemeanor conviction for affray? you need to retain an attorney. a real attorney. not an on-line legal advice line. the charges will be dropped only when you retain an experienced attorney. see my website: www.lawrencelewispc.com good luck
I agree with the earlier comment. A good attorney should be able to get the charges dropped based upon the information provided. Feel free to contact my firm for a quote for service.
Best of luck,
The penalty for affray and battery are the same.
What you need is a lawyer, so you can properly raise your defenses.
