Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Can I be charged in a state I never lived in? I am charged in Mississippi but I never lived there and never been there.I live in georgia. They want to extradite me ,can they do that?

People facing charges and extradition obviously need a criminal lawyer ASAP. Of course you can be charged anywhere you commit a crime. Do you think a person can drive to another state, commit crimes, and then not get charged because you don't live there??? That is ridiculous.

Obviously if you have been charged with a criminal offense you would be hiring a really good lawyer and not asking "can they do that" online. Your lawyer can tell you (with facts) what "they" can and will do.
