Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am currently not charged but understand that my now former boss has gone to the police with his evidence to try and have me arrested. He is accusing me of stealing money over the last 8 months. I am being make out to be the "fall guy". He also is claiming to have found drugs in the office and turned them over to the police. I am almost 40yrs old have never been in trouble, and was not stealing from him. This was my fifth year working for him and in jan went p-time (8-16hrs) because I was going back to school. Now I don;t know what to do.help please
