Theft by Taking (Taking or appropriating the property of another with the intention of depriving the owner of the property)
Theft by Conversion (The holder of the property obtained the property lawfully and then converted to his own use.)
Theft by Deception
Forgery in the 1st or Second Degree
Deposit Account Fraud
