Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Charges pending or Not?
I posted bond for an employee of mine in March of 1998. His court appointed attorney stated he would go to court within 3-4 months. It has been 14 months and no court date has been set. How long does the district attorney have to either dismiss the case or file the charges?
