Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If you got your charges ran concurrent, and the judge you had said you have time served, then you get sent to prison and they say you don't have time served, can they take that back?

Your post makes no sense as posted. I assume with multiple charges you knew to have a lawyer and your lawyer should be able to explain your sentence.
