Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Child Abuse
My four nephews have been abused
for years by their guardian. It has
escalated to physical (using wood
pole for beatings). I reported it to
police, but even though I had two
audio recordings of abuse, a
neighbor's testimoney, the kids told
two DFCS workers (pix taken), one
social worker (school), and the police
a week ago, the police refuse to file
charges. What can I do?
