Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

child abuse

my son who is 15 was punished and his phone taken away, he got upset ran away and called the police and told them that i was(beating) abusing him. The police came to my home and talked to me now they want me to come to the station and give a video statement. i have not been charged with anything do i need an attorney,

yes, do not proceed without one, the police are not looking to help youas they may say...

ABSOLUTELY, you need an attorney! Do NOT go to the police station without an attorney.

There are tons of innocent people in GA jails who thought that innocence was enough to save them.
