Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Child Molestation
My husband has been accused of child molestation. He is not guilty, but the real molester lives across the street. Law enforcement won't touch him, even after we complained. Why the difference, and why are we not allowed to see her now?

Re: Child Molestation
Since I can only go on your word and don't know the facts of the case, I can only assume that the police believe that they have enough to accuse your husband. You didn't say if he had been arrested yet or not...? This is a very touchy subject and might better be discussed in a private conversation. If your husband hasn't retained an attorney, I HIGHLY suggest that you contact a criminal defense attorney immediately. I will be happy to discuss this further if you would like to call me.
