Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My children have a criminal record that is still haunting them and they have been clean for several years. Is there a way to have this corrected. They can't get jobs because of their background and they are good kids. They messed up, do they have to pay for it forever?
Thanks,

Roy, it depends on what your kids were charged/sentenced. If you would like to give more specifics, you may receive a more definite response.
