Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I got citied for shoplifting in GA "under 30 dollars first offense" but in the system they spelled my name very wrong, do i still have to go to court? if so what will my ruling be?

Yes you still have to go to court. And you should discuss the name issue with your lawyer. You need one.
