Civil Suit + Criminal?
I filed a civil suit against a former ex for theft of property. I can prove theft occurred. I was speaking to a friend who said I may be able to file an arrest warrant since my documentation and evidence shows probable cause. Can a person be sued in a civil suit and tried in a criminal case for the same offense?
