Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am a codefendent in a case and I have been asked to be a witness 4 days prior to my own trial in the same county, my court appointed attorney has said he will not be at my codefendents trial. I have not recdeived a supeanoa and I'm wandering, nor has my attorney.
