Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Someone committed fraud using my bank account. My bank has gotten an indictment on me for this and the police is looking for me. how do I prove it wasn't me that committed the crime.

An indictment means that grand jurors already believe you did it, and so does a prosecutor, and the fact you know police are looking forf you and have not turned yourself in makes you a fugitive. You may be facing lengthy prison time, and as a fugitive, you have some chance of being shot during your capture (I say that not to encourage police to use violence in an arrest, but because in the real world things like that happen). You need to surrender yourself, and you need, in the next few hours, to do what you should have done a good while ago, hire a lawyer. I am frankly amazed with these facts that you apparently haven't done that yet. If you get counsel quickly, your lawyer may be able to setup bail quickly.
