Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My company purchased several scooters from a Chinese company that warehoused their products with a company in Georgia. Now the company in Georgia has setup a new company and will not return any calls. We have purchased and received from this company before. Is this not a crime when a company sets up a new company to avoid releasing products that were paid for under the old company's name?

It MIGHT be a crime. However, I would think you would be more interested in getting your scooters. Consult with a local attorney. If you would like to discuss this with me, feel free to call.
