Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have to complete a polygraph test for a local law enforcement agency to be employed. I have done drugs and more other serious crimes in the past in which the statue of limitations is not up. Can these crimes be held against me and them arrest me? Im in Georgia.

If I am reading your question correctly, you want to know if a criminal who has abused drugs is likely to be hired as a police officer.
