Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I'm concerned about a red light traffic violation from 2008 in Atlanta Georgia I not answer to the charge nor did I pay the waiver. Wondering if I can legally ever return to the state of Georgia even again until I have this matter resolved.

Why would you "wonder" about it when you can contact a traffic lawyer to check the status and take the appropriate steps to fix it?

Stop wondering. You're a fugitive who can be arrested anywhere in the country for an outstanding warrant that likely remains, and likely cannot drive in any state until you clear it up. Hire a Georgia traffic lawyer, turn yourself in, and put what is a ticking time bomb behind you.
