is it considerd gambling to belong to a poker club where dues are reqired for membership? an a portion of the dues are used to fund turnaments that pay out.cash awards for placing well an or winning? Isnt that the same thig as playing a billiard turnament that requires a entry fee an pays a portion to thse that do well?
